When you do,and check it by yourself,You know its good. Over here they don't want or are even allowed to change a tire. They prefer to wait an hour or more for the mechanic to come and do it. Sometimes that's a good thing. Because most drivers can't do it these modern days.let alone adjust the brakes. I bet most of them don't even know how to do that. Companies often don't want the driver to do that work themselves. And maintenance contracts usually prevent that. For here,its more safe. Have a nice week. Take care.

Nice presentation, Tez. Interesting to see the mechanical side of your duties. Hey my truck got a slow fuel leak, turns out the rear support under the tank (only 1 x 300 litre tank) - the rubber in between has fallen out completely. My job entails a lot of uneven ground on building sites, the tank does bottom out every now & then. Metal on aluminium - vibration when driving - and hello diesel. New tank on the way.

With the grain trailers especially I use glad sandwich bags and zip ties.. Keeps the crap out.
