Frickin’ awesome! I’ve been watching you and Dale Stone since this spring when I REALLY got into my biking. I dabled last year on borrowed bikes… then got my Wreckining April ‘21! I’m ALL IN ! You guys are SOOOO inspiring! I ride with a burly crew (with YEARS of experience) here in the Seattle area. I’m finally getting comfortable on black Diamond trails. Watching you guys and riding with my brothers has been a pretty swift and thrilling progression! All of you’re guys talent and stoke is a huge inspiration!👊🏻🤘🏼🤙🏼

It sounds cold there! Ridiculous skills as always. My skinny riding has improved about 5% since I started watching you and Dale last year but my skinny over confidence is at least 50% higher!

Just need some practice to bring those numbers closer together!

I shall now pick a new trail to bug you about a top to bottom run for. 🙂

I really enjoyed getting the two perspectives on this run - Dale’s trail cam footage from Sunday, and your POV footage here. As I said there, great ride as always! What’s your perspective on what happened at 2:36? Watching Dale’s footage I thought it looked fully intentional and pretty sick actually. Dale seemed to imply otherwise. Your own reaction here also seems to suggest it may have been a “stay alive” moment as opposed to being intentional. P.S. I relate to your complaining going uphill much more than Dale’s odd enjoyment of hurt.

I like to pre-hop the little rockwork mound. This time as I was sucking up the bike to clear it, the toe of my front foot caught on the rocks, slowing me down and sending my weight really far forward. Lucky to ride away in one piece!

Shows what I know... I thought you did it all on purpose for extra style points! Well, glad you are still In one piece cause I like watching your vids.

Another banger Dave, nice run, I am getting pretty jealous of these trails though, they all seem to be epic lol.

Just another average ride 😛

@@ddangerousddave Arghh salt in the wound lol, compared to the UK these trails are very much not average lol.

what’s a good upgrade for front suspension on my hardtail? right now it’s the default fork (100mm travel ) and i was wondering what a good upgrade for relatively cheap is. (no more than £400, hopefully about 200-350) thanks for any help

What grips do you run? those look really nice
@ddangerousddave3 жыл бұрын
Deity Knuckleduster. I started using them a few years ago after I broke my thumb and had ongoing pain. They're slightly thicker than other grips I've used in the past, except the Rogue grips which were comfy but felt like you were trying to palm a basketball, but they're comfy.

you really will do anything to avoid peddling ;) either pumping or dropping or ..anything. but guy, it is a mountain bike TRAIL. you're going to have to peddle. also you often make it harder then it has to be with your gimmicks. i always think watching you "DUDE JUST RIDE THE TRAIL!"
