Loosened Vice is a "complete overhaul" of Vice city, answering a question nobody ever asked: "How can Vice City be incredibly easy and only 15 minutes long?".
Be prepared for a bizarre but brilliant little mod originally developed as an April Fools joke by Rob (Dinosaurbytes) who also made the Tightened Vice and Tightened Thrice mods.
