Hello sir why don't you make adulting 101 which no one tells you about growing as an young adult... I'm gonna turn 20 this year & I feel so alone like I see nobody really cares about you enough to even ask how am I doing & all . He is a top class bully, it's been 1 year since i moved to my father's house in another city, my father is also an drunk S hole but i'm happy coz atleast no one shouting curses to me. Hey Ashish, been following you from a long time. you talked about measuring the progress wrt quantity of time allocated towards that work, but how do you improve your methodology? for example, we are never taught how to learn but are expected to score well in exams due to which each one of us would have made a set of steps which may or may not be optimal (scientifically). so how do we improve the process of studying that occurs in our brain? Going through research papers and adopting the techniques through trial and error is one method. what's your take on it?

So first of all this video was amazing as always bu id like to read your book know more about your mind set talkin' about mindset mine is not good at all for somewhere like arond 1 year or so i am an jee aspirant there is only 6 months left but still i am here hanging around doin stupid stuff no sense of tomorrow or today failing to follow routine even meditation is not helpin me and talk about focus it seems to be disappeared in air or so using pomodoro technique done four sessions of 50 min with 10 min of break but still done it quite well for one week another week its a disaster still procastinating at the time where all are grinding still knowing all this that what i need is self discipline and consistency i am not able to stop myself from procastinating days are turning into week and week into months in front of my eyes yet i am sitting still i cant find a way to fix this ive tried everything but not being able to find anything i think my problem is myself id like to have your opinion on my condition
