Shimano roller brakes are lubricated with high temperature grease, the grease points usually have little rubber plugs. The Shimano three speed hubs are pretty good, the anti turn washers are different colours depending on the drop out angle. Great video.

I’m not too familiar with Shimano generator hubs, but perhaps there is an internal adjustment to reduce the friction , which would ease rolling. Sorry about the fall, that was a cool ride until that point!

Should've watched all the video before I comment! In the U.K. we have the front brake on the right hand side. The valves are called Woods or Dunlop valves we don't see them much in the U.K. apart from on vintage bicycles. Cheap crank arms are steel with plastic coating, this might be the case in this instance and therefore will be fine, the pedals are horrible

Wd40 is not a lubricant its a water displacer you would be better off getting actual bike chain oil.
