She doesn't say if she likes her job, only her work mates! Thai people generally can't read maps, this test is about English language skills not about map reading skills that other cultures may not ever learn.

Damn my wife needs to do an a1 test to come to the UK but she can only answer to "what's your name" and "where are you from" and nothing else .... I've been trying to teach her for many years, we do duolingo English course together, I explain her everything, I find her so many good videos to teach English , I sent her to English school and paid a lot of money but she quit after 2 lessons and lost all the money... Ugh so many years later and she still can't speak English for shit ... I can have basic conversations in swahili, Chinese, Japanese, vietnamese, German, Spanish just from learning it on duolingo for a few days. I literally can learn a language to a better level in 1-2 days than she knows English after so many years of me trying everything I can.. She also really wants to learn so she can come to the UK, because her country is a poor shithole and she hates it there. But she just absolutely sucks at learning/remembering anything .... I tried to tell her "to" is spelt like "to" and not "tu" at least 1000 times and had many arguments about it but she still can't even remember that

Impossible to say for sure if she likes her JOB, one may only reliably infer she likes her colleagues, hours and renumeration. I used to work in a well paid job, with great people in a nice environment but hated the actual work (I left, naturally). I'd bet people they work with, good pay etc are they only things that keep many people in jobs they hate. Nit picking but at A1 it's really about basic comprehension not deduction. The map question is a joke, many native speakers would foul that up.
