The Casio A168 is a slightly bigger cased and modernized alternative to the A158. The bold-color red and gold lettering on the watch face give it a great retro appeal. I measure the case width around the middle at 35mm, the case thickness 9.6mm, and the lug-to-lug measurement 37. The steel watch strap is slightly brushed to reduce its shine. Unlike the older A158, the A168 has Electro luminescence back light which illuminates the whole display.

Well my wrist is 7 inch, so I measured how much more strap I have left over to slide the keeper down, which is exactly one more inch, but it would put the keeper right at the very end of the bracelet which might not be great, and might just be too small for you still.
