If you are not going to eat it no point in putting salt in it,it only alters the flavour , the oil doesn’t do much either, though might help it fall out of the mixer it easier. I only use flour ,water and yeast and that works fine. Maybe try putting a bit less yeast in and not proving it so long, looking promising so far though🤞

The first batch was perfect but the second batch was not so good at all. Probably due to the lateness of adding the oil. Needed a longer mix maybe as you had less tines in there.

Be careful with the carbon monoxide burning the charcoal in the container will produce, levels will be very high in an enclosed space. Great video really enjoyed watching.

Maybe try a layer of sand on the floor to protect it. Might keep the heat in too. Shouldn't be too hard to clear up afterwards either.

I think you need a baker to help you. Add all the water before you mix! You don't want to overstretch the gluten in the flour!

I don't know why olly is so against long videos, I know he does one every day but most of my favorite channels are half hour to an hour videos. If the content is there film it, Olly does know what good content is though.
