I filmed this almost 2 weeks ago, BEFORE the current world wide situation had really started! Clearly things have changed and as such I am using my journal in a different way! But I still throught it would be interesting to share :) xx

Re: Habit trackers, I just found them to be almost another annoying habit I had to track. Busy work. And if you are so unbusy you need to invent busy work? There's probably 1000 other things you could choose that would make a more fulfilling life than maintain a complex habit tracker. And that goes for a lot of planning and journaling. I try to hold it to the standard that it's to make my life easier. Not suck up hours.
