Hello sir I disagree with your few points. New technology is not only about challenges , it is an opportunity for the engineer, masons etc to go for it. AACs pros>cons . And make people understand that this is the future not the clay burnt brick.

I agree it's an opportunity but it takes time. We are addressing this video to 90% people who work on very less or no technical supervision.

Please use traditional bricks, no one is forcing you to use AAC. I was Ashamed to see/hear Engineer highlighting possible shortfalls. To Adopt changes / New Technology is Duty of technically Qualified personals.
