Allie S 'Artists today make me question if they even went a day in school' looool! This is sooo true! Aaliyah was a class act, you could tell she was a bright and intelligent person. Her art was only a piece of what made her so special, her interviews really give you a view into how dope she was.

There are a lot of moments here that one would have expected never to have aired, but Aaliyah's smile and sweet demeanor remained because that was who she truly was as a person. I hope in her short life that she experienced nothing but happiness because that's what she deserved.

Truly a important person who's life would have made a different to many young black girls opposed to the ghetto image that's portrayed by most celebs. Love this girl and she's truly missed

He was a wonderful interviewer and she had so many humble answers to the questions. It looks like in the beginning and end of the clip he was giving her advice on hater comments and reviews. At the end he was saying they're running circles around us regular folks lol! Love it!

She was comfortable with him from the start. Most interviewers especially with black artists. Ask these left field questions, which have nothing to do their careers. That's why Beyonce rarely if at all gives interviews. Even Michael Jackson was sometimes preferential to certain interviews.

Aaliyah is such a beautiful soul. I was so disturbed by the planes flying overhead in this interview, so heartbreaking....But she’s immortalized through her body of work and fantastic interviews such as these. Her and Beyoncé could’ve both occupied the industry simultaneously. Idk what’s up with the comparisons, I guess that’s the nature of people🤷🏽‍♀️ I celebrate both ladies ... gorgeous, talented, and blessed beyond measure. See you on the flip side Baby Girl 🖤
