Nothing will happen if your immunity is good. The fear of not eating street food , not eating non-veg , etc. Is bullshit. Street food can be avoided if any other medical issues are there like indigestion, cholesterol problem etc, but for corona u just need to have a strong immunity because in no way you can stop the virus from coming in contact with you ,it is so small that it can enter through the masks as well (except N-95)....So, live life freely but focus on immunity. Corona is going to stay ,we will have to deal with that.

As far as acidity and other stomach related problems are concerned that can happen by home cooked food as well if you cross the limit. People are becoming much aware about hygiene and even street food sellers are maintaining that by cleaning things and washing hands or by wearing gloves...It depends on us which seller to choose and which not to.
