Elca Gaming is creating a fan-made Avatar Game called “Four Seasons” inspired by The Last Airbender Timeline in Dreams PS4/PS5 by Media Molecule.

This is Day 179, today I show you the super new swimming Mechanic for Aang! No more deaths if you jump into the Water; yay! :D
It has a lot of Animation Blending and some simple Watereffects for now.
If you dive down Aang has an Airbubble around his Head. You can also manually dry yourself once you are out of the Water (or just wait to get dry).
I'm thinking of adding swimming for Momo too or an Animation in which he lands on Aang's Staff while he is swimming.
Admittedly this Video is a bit of a Test if these short-from Videos showcasing a single Mechanic or Place work well on KZbin or not since if seen alot of Interaction on Twitter with these; let me know what you think.

To answer everyone here: An air bubble is a mixture of water and air bending, although sole waterbenders can do the same but with limited air. On top of that when experienced enough certains methods of bending no longer require motions of the arms or hands.

Something about the swimming animation: If Aangs torso and head would tilt a bit forward so he is more facing the ground while he extends his arms forwards it would look a bit more natural. If you haven't done so already I would advise to take reference from swimming people

Now that there's water I can't wait for some action packed level where avoiding the water is necessary and you have to use waterbending to run from an aquatic enemy like the Unagi! It'd be even more wicked if it were a series of optional missions that got harder and harder, ending with an especially brutal mission where you have to fend off firebenders in a sinking ship that also has an Unagi breaking its way in, and your only means of escape is burning through wood of the ship and working your way to the top deck as you just barely avoid the sea monster's lunging and weaving. Giving the player a sense of urgency, danger, hopelessness, and total entrapment. Nothing says "No way out" more than being stranded on a sinking enemy ship filled with fire conjuring soldiers while it gradually gets devastated by a sea monster with barely an opportunity to rest or think. That would be pretty cool. Terrifying. But cool.

**Absolute rookie opinion incoming-** Firstly, just wanted to say NONE OF UR HARD WORK GOES UNNOTICED. Every little detail is ironed out, in such a crisp way. 1st, the way aangs clothes tween to dry is so subtly perfect, and the timing is literal perfection. Also his Drying Animation is HILARIOUSLY GOOD. I was also wondering if would be possible to: Make the underwater part, darker/blue-r?, (my rookie opinion, probably wrong), also the sound design is impeccable, dude. The way the water sloshes, and his soggy footsteps afterwards, 😳👌.
