This song made me cry. Its about so much more than the gun. It’s about life lessons & love of family. It’s about respect & traditions.

What I always admired about Aaron is that he does his own thing and not what the music industry wants him to do Keep it up man your the salvation of Real Country Music

That actually means a lot, having a 1915 shotgun restored and it is going to my daughter. My great-grandfather gave it to my grandpappy gamma then to my daddy, them to me, and now to my daughter. Family is always more than just blood

Mr. Lewis, l am 60yrs. old. My younger brother, he's 53, just told me about you being one of his favorite singers. This is the first song l have ever heard from you. It really hit me. A few years back, before she passed, my mother handed me her father's Winchester model 12. I was able to shoot some trap with that shotgun. That 100 yr. old shotgun performed waaay better than me on that day. I am still honored to have it. Anyway, l will be listening to much more of your music. Thank you sir.

My grandpa had a German assault rifle (the one similar to a 12 guage )that he repurposed to be used as a hunting rifle. He never got to use it due to his health. Im hoping to get it from my grandma soon so i can put it to good use... This song reminds me of him.
