It makes very little sense to keep him. Have you looked at his cap hit next year and the following if we keep him for 2025? He’s not playing like a top 10 QB, yet we’re paying him like one. We could get the same production for far cheaper and MUCH less of a headache with another QB. Rodger’s numbers in TDs, passing yards and QB efficiency are worse than Darnold AND Bo Nix. This is with two top 25 WRs and a top 10 tailback. Keeping him makes far less sense than letting him walk.

1. Draft a QB. Or two. 2. Let him/them sit behind Rodgers one more year. If they do well (they never do, but you never know), run it back again if he doesn't retire. If not... 3. Draft another QB. Or two. 4. Let both/all drafted QBs & Jordan Travis compete for the job. And hope one of them is actually competent. But it's the Jests, so... well... you know.
