The argument that Lazard would be better with Arod is moot. It doesn’t matter if he’d make Lazard better. He’d make everybody better. The Lazard contract is atrocious. He’s a drain on your team. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with that. Aaron comes from the old school mentality that if you get bucked off a horse, you get right back on as soon as possible cause the longer you wait, the more fear gets in your head and you'll never get back on. Aaron is needing to do this for his own mental health. Waiting a whole year to get back in the game messes with people's heads. He needs to get back in there as soon as possible and find comfort in the playing again. That's all this is about. I've seen a lot of athletes play the game their entire life, up to the point of a big injury taking a lot of time off, then when they finally do come back they can't get their head right. And they fizzle out.
