But what Shannon has to realize is that that happens to every great quarterback: they're always going to run into a team that they just don't do well against no matter how good they are. Shannon's second reason for hating on Brady is that he feels the league is a lot less physical now, and Brady is getting more credit than he deserves by being ranked higher than great quarterbacks who played before him when the league was more physical towards quarterbacks. Can't help but laugh when people keep making this argument. Brady goes from consistently solid defense with NE to consistently solid defense with TB. Rodgers has had one good defense for a whole season, when they finished 2nd in the league... and they won the Superbowl. Rodgers usually plays well in NFC Championships, but the defense loses the game in most cases. In fact, last year, if I remember accurately, Rodgers had better stats than Brady in the NFC Championship. Just saying... when Brady loses, it's because it's a team game... when Rodgers loses, somehow it's because he chokes. Total double standard.
