I've tried for years to "follow my passion". I'll get super pumped, motivated, and hyper focused on something that genuinely interests me and gives me joy. I'll work at it for hours every day, sometimes forgetting to eat or lose sleep. But then weeks, months or even a year or more later I'll get burned out/bored and move on to something else. Does anyone else struggle with this? Ive heard it has to do with ADHD. I've gotten to a point where I just enjoy the passion while it lasts but can't truly invest any passions into something like a business bc I get so burned out or bored easily.

Aaron, every time I listen to your videos, especially the last month or so I feel like I shift into a higher vibration. I've been doing a lot of work with frequencies and clearing my chakras. Also attachment style work really helped me over the past few months. This week I am out and have noticed that there's no one out. I would say maybe an eighth of the people that I used to see out in the same neighborhood compared to what we used to see out I know it's cold outside, but this time last year it was also cold and I remember way more people. Even the scenery is changing

Every time I have gone to the Dentist for the past 10 years, the Dentist would put this X ray tab on My Mouth which hurt and it caused Me to feel a lot of anxiety and they made this complete B.S. claim that it "had to" be done even though there are other non-invasive methods available. Well I have decided that I'm just NOT having it anymore and will never allow a Dentist to put an X Ray tab into My mouth again!! And if I have to get up and walk out of the Dentist's office before the examination is finished in order to refuse to have an X Ray tab put into My mouth I will absolutely do exactly that.!! I'm taking that Bull by the horns as the saying goes.

There was a time (before the enlightenment period) when people thought that the reason water boiled over a fire was because the fire was causing demons to come out of the water. AND that is why if you drank the boiled water, it did not make you sick. Back then they were right about the need to boil water so the water would not make you sick when you drank it, but they were wrong about the reason why it worked. I think the reason people do not believe that the things Aaron is talking about will work is bc we do not understand exactly how this works. I am sure there were people living before the enlightenment period that knew demons were not coming out of the boiling water, but they still did not know why boiled water was healthy. The more we study these types of practices Aaron is talking about, the better we will understand how they work. As for now, I just know Aaron's methods work for me, while the practice of "fake it, till you make it" does not work for me.

What if your in a relationship , and you trying to shift your reality and frequency but your partner keeps dragging you down back to the lower realms.with negativity

Use that very situation as a spiritual practice. Try to adjust your perception of your relationship by opening your heart and allowing your partner to be as negative as they need to be, but you keep more awareness on your heart center with your thoughts and interactions with them. As you do this and you aim to be more authentic your relationship will NEED to change. Either it will shift physically, or your whole consciousness of the it will be different, better, and more meaningful. Your partner is with you for very specific reasons you may be unaware of, and you will have the chance to see that.
