Yep my thoughts exactly, used to have one myself. A triangular flat blade with a straight pipe handle and two horizontal handles for pushing down. When sharp it was pretty effective. Nice job MBTS and DP, so as the tile season is over next week it will be laying more tile I take it. 😛

was thinking about when you use the trencher, when the pipe gets to the end of the run, and is at the top of the trencher. attach a rope/string to the pipe, cause you know the distance from top to the bottom. Mark that distance on the rope/string, plus some extra length, when it disappears, you will know the tile is out from the plow. just a suggestion. KEEP ON PLOWING GUYS.GREAT WORK AS ALWAYS'

Last of the tile for the 2024 season, famous last words, especially with Farmer Chris running rogue in the area. 🙄😉😏😂😂😂. Thanks for the update gentlemen, nice job, enjoyed watching. Just as an after thought, when you install the risers (carrots), would it be helpful to mark the direction of the tile is coming in and or out of the tee by just lightly scribing a line on the top of the riser, possibly using sawzall blade or hack saw blade, might be helpful later on, like I say, just a thought.

I been spreading your business to other farmers that you can help with your tile plow, as there is a farm in western Minnesota that are having problems with the tile and flooding in there area and I keep telling them about your tile projects that you have been doing for everyone in your area of southern Indiana!! Larson farms Correll Minnesota is one of those that are having problems with water issues

Mount you a removable bar on both sides of dozer blade positioned forward so you can tie off the tractor with a short strap or something, as long as dozer can forge ahead tractor should stay in line with pull point.

I could watch the tile plow every day back in 1981 I worked for a guy putting in tile with a trencher wheel powered by a 4-71 GM we would run the international 500 dozer and the cable and winch from the trencher and set the dozer in gear at a fast ideal and let it pull the trencher when you let the cable out and winch in when it got slow going I liked the wheel it would cut the pipe and you could hook it up to the old run easy peasy,, great video guys I love the new shovel 💪💪💪💪😎

Another shovel that you should make is for cleaning tracks , take a narrow spade , 4" and cut it down to 2 1/ 2 " to 3" wide , I seen this and it will go through wet mud easier . That is a big reminder of the farm I worked on that flooded and left behind all kinds of things and mud . Then we had the old lake bottom disking out stumps and logs . One time I plowed out a tree that looked like a hydro pole 20' long . It was 6' tjrough the plow when I stopped then I went slow till it cleared the plow , now damage .
