He made my day too. I just tried this at Nordstrom. This hands down is the sexiest TF. There is nothing like this. It is hard to explain the scent. It is a little dark, a little vanilla but dark. The wood is not the designer wimpy kind. I think this is better than PDM

I just bought a full bottle of Promises, Promises from Kerosene, after blowing through a sample (unusual for me). I think it's quite awesome. Highly looking forward to ATHUS's take on vanilla and exploring the collection. Love loud and well thought out fragrances, with a bit of punk rock mixed in, so sounds right up my alley. Much love from across the pond. 💜💜💜💜💜

I purchased TF Cherry Smoke @ 400+ for 50mL and was hesitant but pulled the trigger. It really does last a loooooog time. It's been over a yr and I still have a lot left. It's solid and performs well. One maybe two sprays is all that is needed.

Vanille Fatale isn’t big on projection, it’s not just you. They just moved it from the regular brown bottle into this new bottle style and doubled the price to relaunch with Vanilla Sex. It used to be much cheaper.

Fragrance is tough, I made a black truffle accord and it’s hyper-realistic for the first few seconds but then everything seems to smell separate. You’re an inspiration Aaron!!

For me Lush Vanillary works the best. Amazing siropy strength and beastly projection with the tonka and yasmin (I love yasmin raw materials). Perfect for layering with patchouli or neroli. With Eau de Mission I am in vanilla heaven. For 70 euros both. Keep up the good work. Greetings from Holland.🌷

The term oriental is not derogatory, it refers to the scent profile created by certain spices . This term is associated with the hemisphere on planet earth where that style is generally worn and from where the ingredients are generally used😊

I think you'd appreciate their uses of vanilla. A couple I have really enjoyed are Insulo and Ambra. They are simple but not. I'd really love to get your take.

This guy has made me appreciate the art of perfumery when I never dared to buy expensive perfumes. I’ve bought 6 fragances in six months, when previously, I just used to be satisfied with my old spice deodorant fragrances and my Zara’s perfumes hahaha. I think I prefer going niche after testing many fragances. I’ve got Tomb Ford Ombré Leather, Nasomatto Pardon and Baraonda, Otto Parisi Megamare, Dyptique philosikos and Tomb Ford Tobacco Vanille. Next one gotta be Nasomatto Black Afghano, Otro Parisi Terroni and one Maison de Marlys perfume, though that last one has to be fresh (which I am currently testing out by going often to the perfumery store near my home).

This is the reformulated Vanille Fatale. The original was a much nicer, spicier more lively perfume with better performance. It's one of my favorite Tom Ford outside their ouds. It's layers phenomenally with Tuscan Leather as well.

This version is a big downgrade to old vanille fatale, which was one of the tom ford worth getting. I expected way more from this one. Longevity is good projection average on my skin. Sweet fragrances usually performs great on my skin

what a rip off comparing to the original vanille fatale came out in 2017. 7 years later it relaunches in a different bottle with a less potent juice, and increases the price by 25%. another way for estee lauder to give its consumers with lesser quality and more expensive price than the original.
