Its time to show you around the Z20let 2.0 litre Turbocharged engine that is already inside the car. And explain future plans, as with every project these will change over time. Also got time to put some body work parts on the car that had been painted or cleaned.

I have the irmsher grill on my gsi because I think that looks best but you have gone all original so keep the stock grill. Great videos by the way

Loving the progress. I'd go for the Irmscher grille. My GSi came with the irmscher grille but had the irmscher logo taken off so it is just a plain black grille. Looks more aggressive up front without it.

Hi Mate, nice work on the car. I spoke to Vauxhall about a month ago and they advised they can get a brand new GM front bumper for around £250+ VAT. It’s only primer though so you would have to paint it on top of that cost. From your previous work I’m sure you’ll be capable of painting the bumper. Hope this helps Cheers

Awesome again mate although I really think going the way you have you should of tried making it as original as possible. Standard grille ect.. Even standard engine bay. How many of these cars nowadays are standard? There isn't any really. I'm. Really slacking on getting underneath mine done haha all the front is sorted I'm onto the rear now but just bought a house now so need to just get it built up and back together as can't go as far as I wanted for now

I agree it should be original only problem is i cant drive a slow car i get really bored. But the car will keep progressing so we never know what i decide i always changing my mind 🤣 Yeah sometimes life gets in the way but im sure you will get it done

Hi mate I’m running a Z20leh any ideas on good turbos for them ? Engine pretty much standard apart from the cross over delete and bigger intercooler . Looking at getting more power from it Thanks

All depending on what power you want from the engine mate? anything over 320 on the leh you will need steel rods

Aaron OMG So it’s worth changing other parts pistons rods ect before going with bigger turbo

damen cooper the Leh pistons are very good so you can just swap the rods and run around 450 with the right setup, cams, manifold, injectors, clutch ect..
