Chana dal - 1 cup
Masoor dal - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 medium
Green chilli - 2 nos.
Onion - 1 small
Garlic - 3 + 1 tsp(crushed)
Ginger - 1 tsp(crushed)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida(hing) - 2 pinch
Dry red chilli - 1 nos.
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
kashmiri chilli pwdr - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 4-5
Drum stick(moringa) - 2 stick
Desi ghee/oil - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
Salt to taste
