Sir, i am going to complete 20 yrs of service in AF in Next Mar 25. suffering from PIVD L4L5, L5S1, Specialist openion is to be released in P2P (A4G4P)with 11% disability. As per 1st board (2010) Aggravated due to service and 20%. RMB under progress. Will i get any benefit or should go for court case? I was opined in JAN 23 by specialist as P3P(A4G4P) but during RMB specialist didnot do any fresh MRI or checkup and just recommended for release in P2P with 11% disability. Sir Rheumatoid Arthritis Me Lmc P2P hu. First board me Aggravated - yes ( jun- 2023) likha hai. Next board ( Dec- 2023) me usme likha hai Not to be committed as per IHQ MOD(Army )letter no 76086 Re/Cl/ policy/ DGMS-5A dt 31 July 2018 for both impairment. Abhi RMB me 46% Mila hai. Is letter ka kya matlab hai.

Sir second board mein nahi likhte yes or no , attributable ya aggravated ke liye ,next board mein aapki disability percentage bi nahi likhi jaegi ,jab naukri ke last mein RMB hoga tab aapka initial ya first board ki copy mangi jaegi

Complete minimum pensionable service ie 15 years or more. Same impairment relief benefit for P MN R and colour service
