INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
2 Onion
4 -5 Tomatoes
Coriander Stems
1 Inch ginger
6 -7 Garlic Clove
2 dried Red Chillies
9 eggs
Oil 4 Tbsp (to fry Eggs )
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Some Water (while Frying Eggs)
Gravy
3 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Chicken Masala / Kitchen King /Meat masala
1 Tbsp Kasuri methi
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1.5 tsp Salt
3 - 4 Tbsp Curd
Coriander Leaves
2 - 3 Tbsp Raw Mustard Oil
2 Tbsp Malai
2 - 3 Green Chillies

It's a Hyderabadi Red Chilli Chicken variant recipe. Marinate Chicken for at least two hours with Ginger garlic paste salt lemon juice red chiili & turmeric powder. Heat regular oil with no strong aroma. Fry Khada Masala: cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves( a little mace/javitri optional) Fry Chicken on high flames for a min or two. Medium fry for 5 min turning sides. Add Kaju & Curd paste. Stir Add tomato paste shown by Bharat. NOW THE TWIST To this same tomato paste add one TBSP of each of these sauces: Soya sauce, 8 to 8 sauce, Worcestershire & fish sauce with a pinch of Ajinomoto ( food color optional) Along with slit chilies and coriander leaves add YYYYESSS...curry leaves. NOTE: Don't use butter nor kasuri methi or mustard oil.. Simmer cook until it leaves oil...until curry leaves float up fully sauteed. Hope you all try!
