Category 2 वाला जीवन भर NET की परीक्षा देता ही रहेगा क्या? लोक प्रशासन जैसे विषय मे phd की सीट गिनी चुनी विश्वविद्यालय में होती है I यदि एक साल में phd admissions नहीं हुआ तो फिर नेट देना होगा I यह बकवास नियम है I Category 2 वाले को इस विषम नियम से मुक्त करना चाहिए I

@@calmyourself8985If u have JRF then u have to apply for PHD within 3years, if u have NET only then u have to give university based phd exam of each university. (But now as rules have been changed, so may be u have to give NET exam again which they are conducting after june) But you are eligible for assistant professor for rest of your life.

NET: sources of higher income in India through the sconce of exams. An Universities should own authorities to take their exams. NET using their monopoly in Indian education snatching away all those rights of Universities. NET outputs as a result is only 3 percent out of lakhs of aspirants as per year twice of exams. rest of moneys are in the hands of NTA NET authorities.
