Abandoned 1920's Californian Bungalow trashed | Urban explore

This video shows the difference between the internal features of the two Californian Bungalows from the 1920. The first one was featured in video • Abandoned Californian ... , which had stunning leadlight and wood work. This house was designed in a more simplistic way without the ornate features of the house next door. Still it does have the splayed architraves, wide skirting boards, the classic black and white tile design in the bathroom that was all the rage in 1920's. Gas fireplaces in each room and It has the beautiful ceiling roses that were a statement piece of the era featuring a grapes vines. Picture rails line the walls of the house and a large backyard with a massive industrial shed. Come checkout the explore and spot the difference between the two houses yourself.

Yeah shame about the damage. The first house next door had a different internal design and was in much better condition. I wondered if the internal layout, especially in the kitchen was original to this house as I think that the first house I went into was remodeled in some way. Working on getting mic for the phone to hook up to bluetooth. Just a matter of dollars, got to save up for my assistance dogs operation first. So will take a while yet. There are two mic's on this new phone and they are turned up to max sensitivity. I am trying to change the way I film so that I'm holding the phone closer to my face but I noticed when I was doing that, then all i could hear was my breathing.

Squatters who were in there last year left the papers. This premises has been abandoned for well over 6 years. last year the buildings and land that were outside of the large shed side door was so sold off for redevelopment and high density town houses built. I had been coming to these premises for two years checking to see if there was open access. In the last four months since the redevelopment next door this premises was attacked by vandals, creating a way in. Since then there has been evidence that drug addicts using the place, as well as graffiti artists. Thanks for watching and commenting. Welcome to my channel.
