Abandoned 42 years Honda Cx500 only 39 Miles! Will it Run?

Ceejay from Premium Parts in Telford asked us if we'd like to help him start up this classic Abandoned Honda CX500 Deluxe motorcycle but I thought he had stuttered when he told me it'd done 39 miles.. 39k Surely??
But no this genuine 39 mile only barn find bike hasn't run for 42 years and we have the opportunity to start it up. Will it run?
