Glad to see you got that little engine that when you first spotted you wanted. Great pile of bits and pieces that will hopefully help you geto some of your other engines running and keep them running. You are helping to preserve and maintain some of our mechanical history for others to admire. Sorry to hear that you've had some bad news regarding your health. In the meantime you take care of yourself and your loving wife

Brilliant video Mr man cave, I live really close to the oasis Cafe where you had the time of your life, I'd heard the previous owner had a collection of fairground and engine things, but not to this extent, bloody good on you, and looking forward to seeing the Stewart engine running one day,

I really enjoyed that, I've none of them engine's but love tinkering with anything with an engine. My shed is my happy place, radio, heater, good lighting, a chair, bench vice and a lifetime's collection of tools.... what more could you ask for. You do need chill out time for yourself, work work work is not good and then you pop your clogs 🙄 Best wishes with the stuff and new shed, don't think you need to buy anything for years 😂👍🇮🇪

Sorry to hear about your health scare. We all take our health for granted but you never know when things will change. I was diagnosed with serious health issues last October, so now I’m determined to enjoy what time I do have.

What a haul, nice work. As for retaining the age whilst affording protection I use boiled linseed oil which does not lift the paint but keeps the iron sweet as you can work it into places where water wants to live. If you need to paint it later then clean it with some spirit. Try it out. cast iron loves the stuff. Don't leave your rags in a bin or you loose your shed to fire.

I was thinking on the first video, how Mrs. Mancave was a real trooper going along with you on this excursion. 😁YES do pick up the welder generator, it would also be large enough to power the house in case of emergency.👍 I still want to see the Bonser finished, so you and Mrs. can drive around at the next festival, or drive it to the auction to bring home the goodies. But I also want to see the Sandhurst running

Mag set up isn't correct to the Stuart Sandhurst plans, they were directly driven from the cam shaft. Either the original builder didn't follow the plans or the original was replaced.
