You do an excellent job with these videos. You are respectful to the house and family. I like that you don’t linger the camera too long on any one thing. You move at a good pace through the house. You are brave going down in the basement but I am glad you did.

I have seen this place previously. It is good seeing through the eyes of another explorer on site you have done a wonderful job. It just proves as well that being a wealthy Saudi Royal does not mean good taste in design or decorating. The furniture was horrendous the beds looked the same as I would expect in a brothel. It is certainly evident the Saudis just moved in as the furniture did not relate to the wall coverings or other finishes in the castle . It would be so great if someone would purchase this property restoring it with care attention to detail and love of its history.

Heyy there, my dear friend Lesley, That is once more an exceptionally beautiful picture, representing that abandoned church like castle. - Also the living room is looking very beautiful. - I think, your friends of Explomo might have been there too, because I remember this beautiful location. - However I am looking with great excitement forward to your personal explore experience you had there. - Much love, dear bro, peace and kindest regards from very sunny and quite warm Switzerland.

Hi Lesley, wow you like the snow...I hate it. Since Feb2, 2022 we got a snow blizzard & got 15cm of snow & since early this morning 3am has been snowing, & now at 9.54 am still snowing...too much to shovel! That is such a pretty castle, outside! I hope you closed door to castle to keep it better from getting more ruined! Some rooms are so beautiful, & furniture left & very pretty stained glass windows , one of my favorite things ! I love the wicker chair in the basement, another favorite of mine! Cast iron bowls on shelf in basement. A special room in basement with thick door in case men come with guns! Upstairs is beautiful the beds & dressers , so unique!!

Yes it does look that way with the decay of the building but also when you purchase such a place it consistently needs repairs not just every now and again, plus how many years were they travelling backward & forward to wherever while they were living there ? Plus if he got so I'll etc he probably went back to his homeland.

Absolutely gorgeous. But also very unusual, especially the bed furniture. It looks as though this castle won't be around to much longer. So sad seeing the ceiling just crumbling away. This video must be old one.. It's not winter in Luxembourg now.. Each bed was unique, really incredible designs.. But unfortunately those are left to erode in this way.. And rate of decay of this Castle is very high, usually such buildings don't collapse easily or might be this was made very long ago or cheap quality materials were used..I just don't understand how they can leave furniture like that.. Waste of resources.. These days people can't afford one wife and this man had three 😆😆😆😆.. Ohh sorry, didn't mean to hurt anyone's sentiment.. Of course it was his personal matter, and definitely money matters.. Overall beautiful Castle with uniquely designed furniture.. Your voice and that sober background music many times work like lullaby for me and sometimes I fall asleep only to find out I've to backward it again and watch from the time I missed it.. 😆😆😆😆 Actually it's very very good feeling for me.. Enjoyed your video as always.. Take care.. Stay blessed, happy and healthy.. 🙏🙏👍👍😇😇

It could be saved. The ceiling is plaster. It could be replaced with sheet rock, but first the roof would have to be taken care of to stop any leakage. My husband and I redid a colonial home into a duplex and it was like the ceiling, plaster.
