Abandoned dog waited for her owner in vain for days and the sad truth behind

Lilly sat waiting for her owner for days by the roadside in the hope that she would be picked up by him, fortunately, the villagers fed her all the time.
One of them called me to come to help her, she is a sweet and friendly girl, from the first meeting she welcomed us like friends.
The journey we went through has brought good results, she is more beautiful and happier every day, and she has a home and friends that she loves.

Thank you people are heartless. My parents finally rescued a Siamese cat that stayed by their road area for one month. He would not get in their car. They left him food. He finally went to their home on his own which was nearby. They threw Kitti Puppi away because he was sick. My parents spent one thousand to get him better. He was their cat for many years to come.

People are heartless and cruel. We are going to see more of that tiwards animals and towards humans inthe years to come.i love all dogs all cats and all mammals in general. I also have had a rescue cat fir 11 years.shes very smart and loving. I dont know what I would do without her. I had gotten her after my dog diedwho, yes who,I had since a puppy for 10 years. I am still saddened by that.

Madre mia hay que tener el corazón como una piedra dejarla a esta perrita abandonada y enferma. Con lo buena y cariñosa que es. Hay mala que cuando ven que tienen que llevar a su animalito al veterinario lo abandonan porque no quieren gastarse dinero, esa gente nunca a querido a sus animales porque solo lo han visto como una propiedad. En cambio esta perrita fiel y esperando a que volviera el que supuestamente la tenía que dar amor y cuidar. Pero los animales son fieles, el ser humano no. Todos mis animales son recogidos de la calle por desgraciados que los tiraron a la calle como basura. Mi Mori, mi Sultan y mi Sanson los recogi de la calle a los 3 siendo bebes han estado en mi casa hasta que han muerto viejitos. Mis 5 gatitos dos de ellas van cumplir un año en agosto las he criado con biberon porque con 21 días las echaron a un contenedor de basura. Ademas una vecina y yo en la zona donde vivo que es un pueblo de Madrid España les echamos de comer, si vemos alguno malito lo llevamos al veterinario. Tambien lo llevamos a castrar lo pagamos de nuestro bolsillo nadie nos ayuda, te puedo decir que no nos sobra el dinero, pero te puedo decir que lo hacemos con muncho gusto por el bien de los gatitos. He tenido que enfrentarme con gente por defenderlos. Por eso juzgo. Cuando me has escrito a lo mejor lo has echo. She was limping and the owner might not have had the money to take her to the vets. Sometimes it's better for the animals rather than suffer.

And if no one had found her and took it upon themselves to call the rescue, she could have simply starved or dehydrated. They could have found her another home or taken her to a rescue, like she ended up going to anyhow. There’s no defense for abandoning your dog in this manner.

I hate to break it to you but, the constant uploads are really suspicious. A new dog being saved every day in a different location? Unless these guys are an actual vet company these guys might be faking it. Leaving a dog for days outside and then coming and "rescuing it". My heart is bursting well done to you for helping this wonderful dog, I rescue dogs that people abuse and it’s the most rewarding thing anyone can do. Unfortunately there are so many cruel arseholes out there that abuse animals that think think animals have no feelings. I have rescued so many animals and the love I get back from them is unimaginable. I think we should bring back a law, who ever abuses an animal we should do what they did to animal. 👍👍

The previous owner probably abandoned Lilly because she was sick. Who knows how her hip got dislocated but it is suspicious for abuse.Thank goodness the villagers were feeding her and called you for help. She reminds me of my old yellow lab "Samm". He was literally the best dog that I have ever had and probably will ever have. The laying on her back and pawing at the air, asking for belly rubs is just like he used to do. I miss that dog so much it still hurts. Really thought I would never find a dog like him ever again but this sweet girl gives me hope.
