I agree, on the other hand. Sometimes these places end up Destroyed before anything valuable can be recovered. Sometimes it's better off if things are taken out over the years. At least they get used or sold. It's really sad when you see a whole college or large business that fell apart and they still have all of the computers and machines available ....after a few years They start to rot.

To see that bloke in the mirror and Mark can only mean video day. Such a sad story. It makes my heart sing knowing that this was a true love story. I hope after Christine died that John didn't have to suffer alone. To see he left everything the way she left it when she passed tells you he just couldn't part with her things. It's a shame there isn't anybody to get some of the things left, as the house looks like it could cave in anytime. I was holding my breath at times when you went to get closer to things. It’s slowly being drowned. Good to see you and Mark together again. Your back& forth - so funny. Sad house. Obviously someone went in and trashed the place after they both died. I was lucky with my dad after mom died. Taking care of her had been hard on us all; daddy popped back and had another good 3 years, passing at 80. We gave him a surprise 80th birthday party- 100 miles away where he grew up. He had so much fun! Anyway, back to here... glad the ferries were running and you got back safely! The electric definitely wouldn't be on in the USA. The electric only stays on without being paid during the winter. Then, once it's warmer, it's off. And the water goes off if you don't pay the bill after a couple months, even if it is winter.

Hi Dave and Mark, how amazing but sad is this old house, it sure looks creepy with the light on upstairs and I get the feeling that this was because the lady couldn't sleep with the light out when she was unwell, and then her husband didn't like the light off when he was alone after she passed, this is a sign that they are together, peacefully in heaven, and I think it was switched on by him to make the house look occupied but so not a good idea with all that water! I hope the electricity gets turned off sooner rather than later! Sad seeing the clothes hanging up, especially her nightgown and her slippers on the floor :( Gave me goosebumps this did, then you menfioned on your live video about what actually happened at the house and that just tore at my heart strings, God bless them both and thank you for another awesome video and not forgetting....100k subbies, way to go Dave, well deserved and here's to many more! :) ♥
