I thinks its been anadoned since mid 2000s-erly 2010s judging by decor/literature *but* someones for sure squatting, those freezer items and tescos items in the fridge and on the sides are all new 2023-2024 branded stuff even in the fridge, someones taking advantage of shelter, running water and somehow electricity!

It could be abandoned since the Aston Martin DB9 exist. The poster on the wall has a DB9. You can use this for a reference maybe. I could be abandoned between 20-10 years. Very nice to find a place like this

This was a really interesting one. I think there’s many of us in the chat who suspected someone was squatting. With the (once) frozen pizzas, and the clean polished look to the bathroom tiles and tubs… 30 Years then maybe a grandchild came to see if they could Renovate, perhaps and the finances weren’t there or something else came up?
