It looks like the place was in need of a lot of repairs a long time ago. Walls ripped off..the chair with duct tape is a clue.

@@chrisgarrard2081 the guy that lived there passed, then a drunk squatted in it for almost a decade before he died. Not sure who owns it, i dont think its much of a growing concern either. Its been vacant for a decade
