When we die we take nothing with us. Anything that you haven't used in 2 years get rid of it. If there were some catastrophic occurrence & we lost everything, but what we were wearing, what would you do? Out of all the abandoned home videos I've watched this house has to be one of my favorites, definitely top 5. It felt so calm and peaceful to me. I feel as the marbles and cold you felt was the lady of the manor protecting her home, she was just letting you know you were being watched.

Hi Dave, this home is so beautiful and so clean even though it's abandoned it looks as if you could move in and just clean it up a bit. The furniture is so beautiful it's a shame it was left behind. As for the marbles rolling around I think the previous owner was just letting you know she was still there watching over the place. Did you forget to explore the basement? You should definitely do an over night here and next time check the basement out.

What a lovely find. Still in good enough shape to be restored and lived in . . . but takes a lot of money to keep a place that size in good shape. The parquet floors would be absolutely stunning if they were cleaned up and polished. Thanks for sharing this great explore.

I cleaned and polished my mom's parquet (spelling) floors. It was just her tiny entrance to the front door. It wasn't easy. I used a toothbrush to get them clean and then polished. It wasn't as easy as I thought.

I would love to see you do a overnight here, you're not a paranormal investigator, and that's exactly why or what anything you caught would be really exciting as far as investigating goes.. sometimes paranormal investigators get to caught up in what they're doing and try to force evidence, I would say yours would be rather neutral, and would be way more fun.

A beautiful house. Love those big rooms, the murals painted on the wall's, the built in cupboards and shelves. I believe the woman's spirit remains in the home, being she died there. The marble being rolled in the hallway, the cold spots and the light swinging, she was letting you know she is watching you.

First time watching, love it!!! As a paranormal enthusiast I couldn't help but wonder if there was a shape of a woman dressed in a long black 1900s skirt in the hallway in front of you at about 20:18 to 20:29 right as you picked up the marble and then panned away. Fascinating and sad...this place holds so much stuff and memories!

I just went back and watched that bit. I slowed it all the way down and it definitely does look like a black dress. The suitcase seems to be behind the dress. Slowed all the way down you can see how tall the “dress” is. The suitcase still visible and a lot shorter that the dark mass. Cool to see!

Stunning, stunning home. I love books and would rather read them than a Kindle any day In the nearest town there’s a large charity shop that just sells books. So I buy from there, and I know I’m giving to charity at the same time. Poor woman, maybe if she died suddenly she may well be there still. That staircase is just a piece of art

What a shame you didn’t show us the basement as it tells us so much about the house it’s my favourite part of any house. This place on the whole isn’t in that bad of a shape you (someone) could just move straight into it and do a clean up and/or decorate as required.

I am 52 years old .I was exploring abandoned places since a teenager in the 80s...in the 90s I started taking my kids with me , abandoned farms in Ohio, Michigan,, old houses that sat empty many years in old west towns like fort Smith Arkansas, etc up until six years ago I still tried to explore but I can't any longer due to several factors. I love this channel because I can still do it thru you guys! All those years I thought I was the only weirdo who loved doing this stuff lol. ( You wouldn't believe some of the things I found too !).

Hi Dave, was another Great Video, & yes so many things inside were so Beautiful, it`s a shame someone doesn`t buy it & restore what ceilings are damaged & some floors need fixing! The roof in the attic show no broken wood! You forgot to show us the basement? It was strange about the cold hallway & the marble you could of kicked without realizing it. I Love the stairway & the crystal chandeliers there were 5 of them! Thanks for shutting the doors so no birds fly in & can`t find their way out, plus no rain will come in & destroy everything inside! That was an absolutely beautiful estate. I couldn't believe the marble going down the hall and then as you hit the bottom step it almost looked like a coin rolling across the floor. You did say however you were going to go into the basement but I never saw you do it did you actually?

That house is just absolutely beautiful, huge rooms, it's sad that they won't refurbish it, but I guess a death in the house doesn't make it feel very good! Those stairs to the attic are really narrow and steep steps, I don't think going up those steps would be easy when you are putting furniture up in the attic. I really wish that there was a "before" picture on what the house and the grounds looked like.

The Herringbone Floors are beautiful! Par Kay floors are square with that herringbone pattern. I'm with u, I could live in that home very happily. Some of these abandon homes of artwork u just want to move in, clean it, and start fixing them and restoring them while enjoying living there. Claim them as our own.
