Any idea of the assay results or the grades of gold they were mining ?

Apparently the grade of the gold was low and the mine closed for a number of years. They eventually started mining Lead and Silver to try and make it work.

Your probably right though I’m sure his wife knows where he’s going for the day and if he was late people would come looking I do agree with ya though my friend just sprang his ankle really bad a few miles in and he actually thought it was broken but thankfully it wasn’t and he got out fine
