Abandoned Old Rusty, Pickering's Lift, Still Works

Old Pickering Lift 1965 not been used since 1994 and the motor and brake was seized solid, got it to move in the end and the brake to function but the lift had issuies still stopping the main relay from pulling in probly a bad door switch

Sounds like the brakes are sticking sometimes as it will sometimes sound really quiet, snd then loud again.

Really cool that it moves. One question i have is why didn't you try to bypass the safety circuit in the lift?

The safety side wasent working properly so the logic was only half working so even bypassing the safety wouldent of got the lift working
