Exploring the ABANDONED Gloster Elementary School in Mississippi

Not long after we explored this school, the entire place was torn down and the area completely razed to make way for something else. We’re glad we were able to document it one last time before that happened. Thanks for watching!

I can name off every location in that school you guys went to, them buses parked out front is were drivers parked that drive for amite county them wasn't abandoned

I went there from 95 to 05. Glad u were able to document this. Took me down memory lane. From the library on down to my old englis classroom. I loved it

It saddens me to see this place like this and especially now since it’s gone.. I spent K-8th grade here and have so many good memories that I still cherish to this day. They are almost finished building a sawmill there now.

I want to THANK YOU ALL!!!! I went to school there from k-5 .I am 50 now and have dreams about that school .I missed it so much ( we moved) / miss those days 😢. Always wanted to see it again ,I have searched for it many times but never could get any results ..so this means soooo much to me ,I cried ..THANK YOU !!!

I remember this so vividly and i start bawling. Especially when you went into the area above the gym. That used to be my favorite spot. Read all the books I could,take tests on those books and keep doing it all over. Then seeing that Winnie the Pooh picture again after so long. I think that was in Ms. Pearson's old classroom. I feel so many emotions watxhing this. I'm probably going to watch this like 12 times a day now.

So many memories came flooding back! Crazy, man... from the gym, where i had my first fight -to the cafeteria, where i almost choked to death -to the actual metal pole i ran face first into, in front of the whole 6th grade break. Lol My favorite place in that whole school is the courtyard with the big tree in the middle, outside the gym. Started kindergarten there in '86 left in '94. Thanks for the video. 🎉

This was horrible. Get rid of your friend girl who needs to be the center of attention 24/7. You barely showed the school. Didnt tell us a lot about it besides a general statement at the beginning. Nobody wants to see you and your friends playing with a christmas tree. Pick up paperwork. Show us more of the school. This sucked.

Sadly if it a very old building they tend to tear down not fix because under the pretty outside their is normally dangerous Hazard is stuff and they don't want to take a chance on that

Can’t lmao it’s getting turned into a plant now I love like 3 miles and I used to pass by it all the time but now the road is cut off so you can’t pass by it but the plant will help the town by a lot

It’s actually a blessing it was torn down.. I attended that school lol! They tore it down due to the fact that 1- it was infested with asbestos and 2- people kept breaking in and exposing themselves and others to the asbestos inside ! (I included in those people😅😭)
