I agree with you on the fact that its so sad to see so many abandoned empty homes when there are so many that are homeless. It looks to me like you said, they were in a hurry to get out of there for some reason. Sad to see all the children's things left. Yeah that last room gave me the creeps. Great video guys!!! I think the reason there is so much scattered over the rooms and drawers/wardrobes emptied is not because they were leaving in a rush but others have been in before you and done the damaged. If so, it's very sad. It's still a mystery, though, as to what happened to the family to leave so much behind.. Great video guys.

This property has definitely been searched by the authorities! Sitting snug...with a cuppa...in the safety of my own home watching this and loving it! I use to do this when I was a kid and got into all sorts...glad you guys are doing it though and have this channel...so I don't have to, but still feel like I am! 😊❤👍

I noticed prior to your going up to the screwed windows that there was at least one other bedroom door Without a Doorknob and only a deadbolt lock. I felt something was way off at that point, especially with evidence of so many kids in the home. My thoughts are either that the family owed money and were forced out or had a mold problem before and had to leave everything behind then was used by squatters or other people ransacking the place. What a shame either way. That looks like it was once a lovely home. And how fitting right here at Christmas. I've noticed lots of other abandoned homes were left around Christmas time. Wonder why. I’m guessing Sophie is around my age (I’m 32 now, but I was a teenager at the same time as her I’m assuming) because she’s got Mrs Wentz in her notebook which I’m assuming is Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy. The newspaper also had Prince George’s christening which was 2013. I’ve tried searching for her, Rory and Elaine but I literally can’t find any of them. I caught their surname in the video but she might be married by now and had it changed. Who knows. I love researching into places like this because there is so much mystery around it and I’m a nosey cow 😂 So sad to see it all sat rotting away though 😢 great video guys ❤

I watched a video on this amazing house a couple of months ago, it certainly didn't look like this, it looks like outsiders have been using it as a dumping ground for their own c..p. My first thoughts were that homeless have been in living there since it was foreclosed explains why there were dates of 2015 n 2018 in there a house wouldn't look as bad as this in that amount of time.

I agree with you. Why can't people open these up to the homeless. Old abandoned malls here in the U.S. could be made into units for the homeless. I just don't understand places like this left to rot. It's a shame, and sad. Hope the two of you and your families have a beautiful Christmas.

Exactly! The Habitat For Humanity purchasing land, donating time and a lot of the materials for people and especially families with young children or the elderly who have fallen upon hard times and have found themselves homeless. Why not donate the dwellings as a tax charitable write off and allow those willing to donate/volunteer time, skills, money, even furnishings to make these abandoned malls/buildings into affordable housing for those just getting back on their feet. Of course guidelines MUST be made and enforced because their are plenty of individuals who would work harder at laying around, refusing to learn a skilled trade (free of charge), get help applying for government assistance and grants to attend community college to further their education and knowledge in technology, coding, mathematics, grammar skills, etc. Things the business owners are seeking in potential employees. Given an appropriate amount of time to not have to pay a fee, given the opportunity to further or acquire a skills trade, further the education, etc. Get children into childcare or school and parents working. Nothing feels as awesome as feeling you are serving an actual purpose in your community.

Should be rewarded for time and effort they gave into saving something that could be theirs and people like them. Some people just want to be given a chance and are tired of having to live that kind of life. We all have to start somewhere. This would be good for the community if that one person got back on their feet, became successful, and gave someone else the same chance. Besides they'd be saving a piece of history perhaps in the process.

Love the Channel Dave. That was a Grow Operation, Pot, Weed, You show the 2 or 3 large Buildings out back, just temporary buildings, all Particle Board,, they're already falling down, big pile of equipment in one of them, and out on the ground when you were leaving. That explains the hast to leave, and why the Cops would be their. With that many Kids, you would have to sell Weed!

Love the explores when its just you two! I would love to see this house when everyone was living there and it was clean and tidy, kids playing in the garden etc. We don't know what happened here or why, but I hope the family weren't involved in anything bad and are safe and happy. I wondered if there had been squatters in there. I really enjoyed this Dave and Mark that room up on the top was unreal with the locked door. I wondered if they had someone locked in who broke the window to get out but then it would've took them onto the roof and down to the balcony and they may have been caught. Looks like the history is more sinister than imagined. All the kids stuff and then the top room with the locks on the door, secret smelly room, and hair all over the floor. Looking on companies House, Look like Pauls Kehoe businesses were all dissolved in 2008, most the children are now adults and some are on FB, I think one of the relations still works at the local town Council.
