ABARTH Historic Track Day 2024.

The annual ABARTH Historic Track Day is a real favorite. A labor of love for Tony Berni of
Berni Motori the ABARTH specialists. Tony and the team manage to gather together the most dedicated ABARTH enthusiasts who bring some serious cars to exercise. A unique opportunity to see them on track in Italy and even better to get out on track with them. I got a lift in the Alfasud Trofeo. It was the first time out after a full restoration with a fresh engine, so a few cautious shakes down laps to get a feel for things and bed in the brakes gave me the opportunity to film the other cars. Enjoy the footage and a photo essay to finish !

Yes no noise regs in Italy so many cars are running open pipes. Can’t do that in the UK !

Another good one Mark! I always look forward to my weekly escape to see what is occurring in your workshop but it is a bonus to get an insight into days such as these too - escapism to sunny Italy is precisely what we need right now. @@Adair9800 No FIAT Dinos in attendance but certainly Dino people. Leo has a Dinos and would actually tow an ABARTH with his Coupe . He has one of the finest ABARTH collections but also loves his FIAT Dinos. Lincoln has a Spider with me that is under restoration. Glad you liked the video , it’s a real favourite event for me.

@@marksitaliangarage A trailer hitch on a Dino? OK…. Yes, I watched one of the Spyder resto videos - and this Track day vid. I’m in Las Vegas, and doubt there are any places in my area to get work done on my Dino. Where are you located?
