I love using Google calendar to time block. I learned a while back to put myself or my family first and then schedule everything else around those blocked times. LOVE your nightly routine list! Thanks for sharing Abbey!

Abbey, I love watching your videos and learning from you! I am a member/signed up with the SavvyVault. I started, but I found myself watching the youtube videos. I am getting back to the vault today. Your attitude, smile, the way you explain everything, kindness, and patience draws me (people) back to you! I am so happy I signed up with you! I would def. try time blocking. I also would do the checklist every night and every morning...great ideas!!

Wow this has helped me understand time blocking immensely. I’m someone using to do lists and scheduling things for the next day, thinking I’d have to break down all these jobs to specific days and sticking to that was not working. But now the concept of blocking general time for tasks, then scheduling the tasks I want for those time blocks creates much greater flexibly for me. Thank you so much 🙌✨

Hi Mrs Abbey my name is Kevin I watch your content on videos on this specific time management and time blocking which I love google calendar which has helped me a lot staying organized. Now question the most I kill my time off is wasting time watching KZbin videos and also social media scrolling on Instagram and also platform Younow which I don’t take that much time. What is your advice on how to avoid that itching feeling if you know what I mean? I’m sorry I don’t sound to mean but keep this as a compliment this a busy schedule u have oh my gosh. I love how is organized by color coding but I give you props abbey because I would walk away if my calendar was that pack. But you definitely gave me motivation. Great that you do this to help the viewership Nits and greedy of being “ time management” i am always distracted so yeah much respect from kevin

Hey I just wanted to know can you do a tutorial on how you put the colors in your calendar
@thevirtualsavvy Жыл бұрын
There are two ways in Google calendar to change the color. 1. Right click on an event block that has already been created and choose the color. or 2. When creating the event in the calendar click on the small circle next to your email address, it will turn into a drop down menu of color options for 'Select event color'

Love this! I just told my husband im going to start time blocking so I’ll be more organized once my VA business launch. I have a question about email or calendar management i was thinking about. What do you feel is the best way to price that service? I want to offer packages but these are normally daily task ppl want and if someone buys lets say 20 hrs whats the best way to go about it? Do you still check daily? 2x a week? Etc. Thank you for feedback!

Hi Abby. I’ve started to use time blocking. I also use Google calendar and Calendly. When you time block in advance for discovery calls and client meetings, Calendly picks this up as showing you’re unavailable so what’s the workaround for this so that clients can still schedule a meeting within this time block. Thank you

Once there's an event scheduled in your Google Calendar you can edit it to make sure it says you're either busy or available. I would also recommend checking out the Calendly Help Center!

Is this called "Time Blocking"? What if you have a more variable schedule? Can you schedule ahead? And how do I use Trello along with this?
@thevirtualsavvy2 жыл бұрын
Yes! You can plan ahead and plug everything into your Trello Boards!
