I’m taking oral Spironolactone, and this paired with my script Tretinoin is the chefs kiss. It’s exactly what my skin has needed all these years. I knew I had a hormonal problem that was causing my breakouts for decades, but I couldn’t get any doctors to listen to me, or help me. Then I found your videos! You really have no idea how much you’ve helped me completely change my skin. I struggled with painful cystic acne for soooo many years. I think you may have been the one who introduced me to Tretinoin too. Anyhoo, I’m writing a freaking book here. But thank you for your help! 🙏🏼 Please never leave KZbin 😩

I swear I could have written this comment! Everything you said has been exactly the same for me. I told my doctors for years that I thought I had PCOS but none took me seriously as my blood work came back “normal” (my range for tolerable levels is much smaller than the average person). I struggled until starting Spironolactone, followed by Tretinoin. It took me a few months to see the full effects, but now I can’t imagine life without them!

Hey- I’ve noticed that your hair color is slightly warmer than in some of your older videos, when you had more of an ashy/silvery blonde. The warmer golden blonde that you now have compliments the warm undertones in your skin and it looks wonderful!

I would love to have you explain make up. I go in to buy make-up and get overwhelmed by foundation, concealer, full coverage, medium coverage, primer, translucent powder, color correcting etc. I would love a video or even a serious explaining how to apply and in what order and what works best for your skin type like powder foundation or a mousse foundation or liquid.

Also the new milk makeup primer is amazing, but the Elf Putty primers are great too. So are their cream bronzers and new luminous cream blushes. And I always follow up on top with powder bushes. Abbey made me buy all the Essence blushes. They are beautiful. I just use Fenty powder bronzer on top but I do like the Physicians Formula butter bronzers. I love when Abbey does her dupes videos.

I also love it but I had to put it in one of my old Timeless cucumber spray bottles. I hated the way the mist sprayed from the mister that came with it. I have no self control on anything shincare and makeup. I swear my husband is going to divorce me. I took over the entire bathroom and bedroom.

I have the color science Flex sunscreen in both fair/light and also in the Bronze shade. I add a. couple of drops of the bronze to my fair shade and it’s perfect for color adjustment in the summer. Works perfectly !

Abbey have you ever tried Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Glow Pads for your face? I agree with you on facial self tanners - I generally avoid for all the reasons you’ve mentioned. These pads though are the first facial self tanner product I feel pretty good about. I’d love for you to review them!!

Will you review or look into the Thayers Hydrating Milky toner? I’ve always steered clear of Thayers because of the witch hazel but this one doesn’t contain witch hazel or fragrance. It has snow mushroom in it (or an extract). I just bought it to try out. But I’d love for you to take a look. You and Dr. Dray’s opinion mean the most to me.

Hi Abbey love your videos. The Scinic sunscreen sounds great. My concern is that it doesn’t have zinc which maybe I’m old school. It says it has physical filters but I can’t decipher through the ingredients what they are or how they work. I have some chemical sunscreens but they also contain some zinc. Im almost out of my Byoma mist...love it so much too. Have you tried the Pacifica Vegan Ceramide Cleanser? You can get it at Target, its unscented/very gentle. It was the only cleanser i used when i had severe barrier damage last winter. Their Vegan Ceramide barrier cream is nice too. Also love the CT highlighter...i think its limited edition too so anyone that wants it needs to scoop it up soon💜

I need a good mirror too. I'm too damn blind to see feet to my vanity mirror. I bought one just like this but it didn't fold. I had to constantly charge it and I rarely used it. And the dang thing gave you no warning, it just would die. So I got a different one the has a small magnifier you can suction cup on. I got it because it is USB and batteries. So I thought you could use either or. I fully charged it but it would not work until I put batteries in it. I figured once the USB went out the batteries would pick up. I've used it for probably 30 minutes and it dies. I charged it for hours and after 10 minutes it died. It can't be the batteries because I cannot imagine them dying that fast. They were brand new Energizer batteries. Of course it's too late to return it so I'm probably going to be stuck having to buy an entirely new one.

I got the Byoma face mist after you recommended it and it's so cheap too! I did not like the Redken bonding treatment as I felt it was worse than Olaplex and k18, it didn't do much for me hair, I think my hair is too damaged for it and needs something stronger. I also hated the Colorscience flex as it was so greasy, heavy and transferred everywhere, so I ended up giving it away to a friend

I'm also a tall girl. My favorite leggings are Athleta pretty much everything comes in tall. For jeans Abercrombie has tall option and I also shop at buckle because you can shop by length and waist. At buckle I always shop online because a 25x34 is almost impossible to find in store; also they offer some in even longer inseams if you want to wear heels.

K18 is going to help the most with breakage but it’s not a conditioning treatment so it won’t necessarily help hair that feels dry!

This summer is killing my hair. My hairdresser says it has alot to do with environmental stressors and humidity. She said her front is going curly and her hair isn't not curly. Olaplex does nothing for me. Got K18 sample but it's enough for about 2treatments, 3 if u r lucky. And you have to clarify before the first time use it and use it for 6 consecutive washes before truly see results Then you use it as maintenance. You use it in place of conditioner. You have to strictly follow the directions. About 4 pumps and leave it for a full 40 minutes According to K18, after the 4 minutes is you can use a leave in conditioner and other styling products.

You must’ve gotten a better byoma spray bottle than the 2 I’ve attempted to try using because mine sprays like a water hose onto my face I have to hold my arm out as far as humanly possible to get the least amount of blast onto my face but it’s still pretty hardcore. Definitely need to transfer it
