I think Shericka, Dina, Shaccarri top 3 is a given in any order. Dina for sure top 3 given she's only finished outside the top 3 2 times in the past 5 years in any race from 60-200m, and both those times were last year when she was struggling with injury. Jackson running 10.82 looked scaryily easy so i think he takes it in a 10.7.

She just doesn't have enough real estate in the 100m for that fast-closing surge she has. Shericka the power-runner is still 2nd best behind the absent Fraser-Pryce in the 100m - but she is the Queen when it comes to the 200m. It could be Sha'carri or Shericka but I don't think Abby Steiner, at least not for this one. Abby is fast but others may have the edge, particularly at the start where Abby tends to be slower. Her fast relay leg proved this as she was already rolling, in having a fast time. With all that speed on the track, for me, it doesn't matter who wins as long as it's entertaining. As for Abby, I honestly believe she is only using the 100 to get her start timing issues fixed, something she has admitted she needed to work on. As long as she makes the top 5 in world qualifier events, she'll earn points for the World Championships. On to Richardson, yes, she does need to come with a clear head, no bad attitude, or ego trip. I'm hoping she runs a lot more fluid and cleaner than she did last weekend in Botswana, where she looked pretty stiff running against Kayla White.

Abby can already beat every sprinter in USA competition in the 200m and 400m on a good day. Abby also beats massive world split numbers in the 4x100 & 4x400 & those splits are faster than most of the BIG 3 Jamaican ladies splits! So what you’re saying makes zero sense because everyone knows, including Steiner herself, that the open 100m isn’t her race because her speed doesn’t come until the 10 meter mark due to slow block starts & by that time the other worlds top sprinters are 10meters ahead and its a catch up game. However, we do know that Abbys Top end speed is faster than everyone else’s which is why she does amazing in the open 200m, 400m and in relays where she has a massive advantage because of the early start all runners get for the baton hand off in which the other girls simply can’t come close to Abby when she doesn’t have to start off in blocks!

Steiner is exciting. Normally, when you hear of a new talent, you can sort of see how they might fit in, now and in the future. And. Sha' Carry has never run fast outside the US, I don't think she will run under 11secs. Jackson, Asher-Smith or Jefferson are my favorites for this race. Steiner is more of a 200m runner , I don't see her doing good things in the 100's this year
