Hey everyone 💙 I really enjoyed filming this video, it follows along the same theme as my previous "Don't Fall Asleep" video with lots of visual triggers, personal attention, (a few new props!) and a bit more of a chaotic/aggressive vibe. I use the wim hof breathing exercise, and treat it as a focus and breathing exercise, the pretty face definitely helps : )

Repetitive same actions can cause anyonw to sleep. Just like the tunnel lights. Slow repetition combined with dull lights= a sweet sleep. Same is in this video, but much more controlled and amazing.
