My worst home workout mistake (fellow gym-quitter! Love my setup now) : NOT TRUSTING THAT HOME WORKOUTS WORK. Mindset is huge. Understand the science behind calisthenics and plyometric training, then push yourself. I went from being able to do 5 pull-ups to 8. My sprints have increased in speed. My joints are happier. And after finally getting a spin bike, even if I feel like I "can't" do a hard strength workout, I can throw on a youtube video and plod along on my bike for a half hour and get something done. Tbh I probably will not go back to the gym!

ngl I used to try to only bodyweight workouts cos I didnt wanna spend on equipment but I got myself dumbbells and other things and it has transformed my workouts!!

Thank you for making this! I’ve been working out at home for a little over 2 years now, and my equipment is growing exponentially. I really don’t mind converting my front room into my mini gym. Every time I walk downstairs, it just motivates me for my next workout and to keep on track. I’d LOVE some more tips and advice videos about home workouts!

Unilateral training and free weights are my key combo for how I've transformed my body! I love that I can do my go-to exercises at home or at the gym.

I gotta say I’m so happy that you came out with an app I’ve been using full body fit 2.0 over and over and honestly it never got boring but now that you have your app there’s so much more that i can do esp with full body elite (it’s so fun). I can’t wait for you to come out with more challenges on there. 🥰

I definitely turned my nose up at investing in weights. I just worked with the 5lb dumbbells I already had, but noticed myself plateauing after a while. I finally bought some heavier dumbbells and snagged the Team bands at the last restock and have seen soooo much more improvement!

Pistol squats are already soooo hard, when the lockdown came back I did at home workouts and calisthenics and when I came back to the gym I found my mobility improved, I could do deeper squats because of the pistol squats!

Hi Abby! Long time follower! Could you do a video on how to recover from Injuries like whiplash? Doctors told me to do “normal life” truth is im a bartender and my job is a extreme workout, have lost all muscle in my upper back and feel very lost, yoga is helping but i really feel that lifting is the answer to get my strength back. Thanks in advance! Youre amazing

I hardly use mine! Still hooked on the dumbbell and bodyweight only training 😝 but yes I can do a rundown in an upcoming video

I just bought a scale!! Can't wait to get it. I used to go to a nutrition store that did a measure of your body fat/muscle ratio, can't find one of those in Fl...it was so awesome to see the results!

Red on tiktok shows a variation using a foam roller on your back against a wall to mimic leg press. Also Caroline girvans elevated narrow squat really targets quads. Similar to a sissy squat
