If you haven't studied throughout the year, it will be tough, but you should give all 15 ATS tests and solve all the PYQs from 2006 onwards. If you have already solved the PYQs from 2006 onwards, then solve the earlier JEE Advanced subjective Question papers. If you need to practice fresh questions, then go ahead and do that.
