1) Martha's stock broker committed insider trading regarding a pharmaceutical company. He went to jail for 8 years. 2) FBI noticed the stock broker told Martha to sell stock and questioned her. 3)Martha tried to come up with an excuse she sold due to a pre-meditated stock sell. However, testimony from a worker showed that Martha lied. 4) Martha Stewart sentenced to jail for lying to FBI for 5 months. Didn't commit the crime but covered it up.

Yeah, she went to Alderson federal prison camp. Wow. What a punishment. Looks like a luxury hotel. So, another words, they sent her on vacation. I think all people should go to the same jails and prisons. No matter how rich or poor you are. She didn't get punished at all.
