Not saying he's innocent, but the timeline of his arrest, 3/18 (where he requested a _speedy_ trial) his being declared mentally incompetent to stand trial (11/18) allowed enough time for his son to be adopted by the detective.... Then... he was declared competent to stand trial, 5/19 _after_ he lost all parental rights, which caused his son to be able to take the stand when called by the _PROSECUTION_ ... which I'm not sure they would have been able to do if Oneal still had his patental rights.

FYI Florida is one of 3 states that allows a judge in a death penalty case to override the jury. From life to a death sentence. She may do it. Only one person has to hold out for life, and the convicted gets life. If 11 vote for death & 1 for life they get life. Flordians, write the judge. You have nothing to lose if you disagree with him getting life.

Instead of calling him a monster, let’s shine some light on mental health this man could be suffering from. His 911 call shows the man was convinced the woman was possessed by a white demon and how he kept saying Allahu Akbar and still used the name of God throughout the trial until the very last day of sentencing. Mental health is real, he needs help. By the way he’s praising God the whole time, I pray he strengthens his faith with the most high to get the help he needs. On a positive note, God is real, this whole case shows that, even the “monster” knows it❤️

That doesn’t in any way justify even a thought of doing what he did, let alone the action itself, and nothing could justify it. This man, as per the evidence, is a monster, any attempt to divert responsibility for his actions is disgusting. I couldn’t have defended him even if payed to do so, I don’t understand how anyone could.
