The 12 boys and their coach were trapped by rain and rising water flooding the cave they had ventured into.

As a guy from Denmark, this really warmed my heart. It was so emotional when they said everyone were found. I went to different websites to check if everything was okay and to see if they were rescued. When I heard 'Saman Kunan' died, it really broke my heart. It was not something that I expected and I'm so sorry to hear this. Thanks for saving the children. Thanks to everyone that contributed in this situation!

Despite honors given to everyone who took parts in this rescue mission, I just wondering, how come a soccer ball team ended up inside a cave in monsoon times of all times? The coach must take responsibility for all the casualties he had done. @@alessia5405 It's also because of the coach that the boys were able to survive in there for so long at all. We all witnessed an amazing miracle. That each one could survive and be saved. To come out of that ordeal each one of them healthy is cause for celebration. Let's not ruin it all by starting to point fingers and cast blame. It's important to also note that the Monsoons came early that year. The cave was still open to tourists because the monsoons weren't supposed to start for another month or so. No one could have predicted this would happen. This cave is a tourist attraction in the area that many people visit and is nearby the soccer field they practice on. It's not like they just wandered off to explore some random cave in the wilderness.

"This rescue is a science or a miracle?" The Thai Seal Team posted on their website. Thank God for this miracle, thank God for everyone who contributed in every way to make this miracle come true. Things could have turned out really bad. Thank God for his mercies. So awesome to see the 13 looking so robust and healthy. The first images that we saw after their 10 days in the cave without sunlight, without food and only with drops of water dripping from the cave's roofs, was really heart-wrenching. Good luck to you all, Titan, Mig, Dom, Adul Sam-on, Pong, Mark, Tern, Night, Bew, Note, Nick, Tee, Ake!!! Your story has made the whole world happy!!! Thank you, James. Thank you, rescuers! I’ve just watched the movie on Netflix and cried a few times 😢. Then I watched documentaries on KZbin and this & I can’t help but still feel so emotional for the rescue of these Beautiful kids. I can’t imagine the stress their parents went though waiting & hoping they all come out alive. The kid that spoke, Abdul apparently knows 5 languages. Is this true? In the movie, the last mother of the youngest kid Mark confessed that they were illegal immigrants in Thailand. I wonder if they will get deported? I hope not. These people have suffered enough. I can’t image the divers swimming in dirty unclear waters for so many meters to get from 1 chamber to the next. Incredible skills. How fast the cave flooded is unbelievable. I wonder if it’s a good idea to install like first aid boxes or tools in specific locations so if ever anyone gets trapped ever again they can survive until help arrives? Also, would they consider either fully closing this cave in monsoon season or cut open another opening so that flood waters can escape the cave & there is a 2nd option to enter into the cave? I hope no ever gets like this ever again. Kudos to the kids and the soccer coach for remaining calm & being cooperative with the rescuers. I wish you all now can heal & live a more abundance life with your loved ones. We all cheered for you all. 👍🏻👍🏻💗🙏❤️💖🙏🙏🙏🙏

It was safe, usually. It was only June and the monsoon rains were not expected until July. It was just an unexpected turn of events. Fortunately, for the boys (who might have gone with or without Coach Ake) their, teacher, friend, mentor and football coach was there for them. The parents are grateful for the way the (assistant) coach Ekapol Chantawong always took care of their kids and put them before himself, and in this incident, probably kept them alive.

It was not safe the day they went into the cave. It had rained a lot in that area and the coach himself admitted that he and the boys witnessed that some parts of the cave were already flooded. If you read more about the story and watch the documentary that goes into much more detail you'll learn the monsoons came early that year. The cave was still open to tourists because the monsoons weren't supposed to start for another month or so. No one could have predicted this would happen. This cave is a tourist attraction in the area that many people visit and is nearby the soccer field they practice on. They have said they had visited the cave many times before after soccer practice. It's not like they just wandered off to explore some random cave in the wilderness. It's because of the coach that all of them were able to stay calm and survive for so long before rescue found them.

@@alessia5405 The cave was a tourist attraction. Most of the boys had been inside the cave several times. Monsoon came early that year. The flood was quick it blocked the entrance. The coach dug a hole to retreat into a dry place. He kept them calm and alive by teaching them to meditate and drink water dripping down from the walls. Unfortunately there was ONE fatality from the rescuers side and then another one after. Cultures and childhood activities in different parts of the world is different and wouldn't be similar to what children do on their free time over there wherever you might be living. The differences between the situation here and others might be that the adults would not give up.they also know how to ask for help with the right person. At first the foreign diving team packed things up preparing to leave but they saw that the Thai navy seal wouldn't give up and still kept going into the cave with no skill or right equipment, so they decided to stay. The governor who lead this operation also pushed hard and would not give up. Now that you complained, have you or people of that country try as hard as they can or just ran away to save themselves? Instead of complaining, just do something!!

The coach is completely irresponsible he asked the kids? And not there parents? Idk 🤷‍♂️ maybe it just me but why didn’t the diver who died get any mention from the kids??! It’s a tourist attraction. They walked a mile into the cave before it was flooded from heavy rain. The kids might mentioned the navy seal who lost his life but abc edited it out for certain reasons. It is both a success story and a tragedy. I don’t think it’s a crime that the coach took the kids to explore the cave (it’s a mistake that the world choose to forgive).

These people are so deceived by these false religions of buddhism, ancestoral worship. Such utter lies. If they just knew that Jesus is the only way to true life.

@@biancahotca3244 How can Jesus be the only way? Do you even really know who you're worshipping, Jesus or God? Buddhism is not ancestoral worship, just go study more before criticizing any religion. If you're claiming that Buddhism is a religion of false, can you give an explanation of how? How can you know that your religion is true? Is it because of Jesus?
