I’m an independent and undecided. ABC has been my news network of choice for years, but after last night's debate it is no longer. I am not a Trump fan, but even I saw the biasness. I thought the format was good, but it was unfair, it was Trump vs three. I want to see a fair debate where its Harris vs Trump. I have been a dedicated viewer of ABC News for the past 25 years, starting from the Peter Jennings era. I have tuned in nightly, relying on this network to provide a fair and balanced presentation of the news. However, I am disappointed by what I perceive as a clear display of bias during the recent presidential debate coverage. During the debate, Vice President Kamala Harris contradicted her own statements regarding fracking made in a CNN interview on September 4th, 2019. In that interview, she clearly stated her opposition to fracking. Yet, during the debate, she presented a different stance, without acknowledgment of her previous position. This inconsistency is troubling, and ABC News failed to adequately address or challenge this discrepancy, which was highlighted on Sean Hannity's show, "These Are Serious Times." I believe that the role of a news organization is to provide impartial, fact-based coverage. Unfortunately, this recent example reflects a one-sided approach that I can no longer support. Therefore, I have made the decision to boycott ABC News and its affiliates due to their evident lack of balance in political reporting. It is crucial for news outlets to hold all sides accountable, and I hope for a return to the kind of journalistic integrity that I once trusted. 0:02

Kamala demonstrated that with sufficient preparation, she could memorize scripted responses and platitudes to handle the softball questions from the moderators. The moderators not only asked her questions but also provided the answers within them, making it easy for her to respond. Meanwhile, President Trump had to debate not just his opponent but also defend himself against two moderators, who acted more like opponents than neutral facilitators.
