When a homeless Arizona man found a backpack containing thousands of dollars in cash, he could have seen it as a windfall. Instead, he saw that it was returned to its owner, an honorable act that's now paying off.
Dave Tally, a recovering drug addict, came across the lost backpack earlier this month in a light rail station in Tempe. He opened it up, trying to find some sort of identification or baggage tag.
Inside, there were no clues about its rightful owner, but Tally did find an envelope stuffed with $3,300 in cash, as well as a laptop computer.

Zenith Edge There is no heaven. If there was a God and lives in this Heaven, why does it allow such misery upon its supposed world. You have been reading fictional books again haven't you? Yes. The Bib(lie) or the Korwrong or even the Tora up the pages many times and had them wewriten time and time again as with the other two fictional religious brainwashed tripe. Open your mind. By the way the world is far older than 10 thousand years old. FACT.

babe brown I'll tell you something. I'm really happy for the gentleman for being honest. I have been to some dark places in my life. I'm doing much better now. I didn't need false deightys to get myself out of the rut I was in for most of my life. Empyema Pneumonia, and Death not answering his door when I was a knocking. I believed in myself, as well as a fantastic, beautiful woman besides me. I find religion a poison. You look back over 1000s of years even before the supposed JC turned up, other types of religious beliefs were at each others throats. The half educated scribes who wrote these scriptures wrote them to gain control, that's all. Otherwise Anarchy would still be prevailing. I say believe in yourself and you can't go wrong.

Everyone steals. But this man is amazing. He needed the money so much. We would just give it back much easier then he will. He needed it more than us but GAVE IT BACK IMAGINE THE PAIN! He knows what to do and always does the right thing. I hope more people will be inspired from this video. I know it is hard to not steal, but doing what's right can lead to a wonderful place. Heaven.

Love this video. Shows this man has real integrity. There are too many greedy people. There should be more people like him in this world. About 4 years ago I left my wallet at the local shops and as I got home didn't even realise I had lost it. I got a phone call from a guy saying he had my wallet so I went to his house to pick it up. The guy who returned my wallet is now my fiance.

sdf sdfsd i dont blame them for working harder. Those aren't the kind of "rich" im talking about. Im talking about the people that have done nothing to earn their money "inheritance, spoiled, stolen etc" and have no concept of giving eventhough they have everything. In my opinion money brings out the monster in people but poor brings out the humility in them. And thats more valuable to a human than all the money in the world.
@keithgood7181
@keithgood7181 8 жыл бұрын
+sdf sdfsd You say, "the human race survives because of the strong." That doesn't necessarily mean the rich are the strong. I think they are the weak, because they give in to greed and temptation. The strong are the ones that help others. It doesn't take any strength to just pass by someone in need. It takes more strength to go out of your way and help someone. Only people helping people will make us survive. Not people who are greedy and just look out for themselves. Not that all rich people are like that. But the ones that are rich, that don't contribute anything to society, that just want to get richer, are definitely not helping us survive!

If he kept the money, he woulda waste it on shit he needed and in the future get little money. Since he gave it back, people reached out to him and help him. Now that people know who he is, they will help him and probably has or will get more than 3K.

In the UK if you find a bag of money and keep it you can be charged with " Theft by finding " That law also applies to people taking food out of dumpsters.

Maybe you should check your facts! If something has been "Discarded" you have every right to keep it. It is often a grey area of law to decide whether something has been discarded.

My Dad had just bought a new Blackberry (A nice one) and was just getting gas, when he forgot it and left it on the roof of his car. As he pulled out of the parking lot, it had slipped off without him even knowing it. Upon arrival at our house he had realized he didn't have his phone. He couldn't believe it. But after a few hours he got a call from HIS PHONE. It was a homeless man who had found it on the pavement and instinctively called the last number dialed on the phone. We were all in shock and when we arrived at the gas station to thank the man, he said "I don't have your phone...I sold it for drugs."............

This is what human being are suppose to be, humans doing the right thing. Just imagine a world with men and women like this man running it, no one would be poor. Mathew 25- 44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45 “He (Jesus) will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
